Do I need to be 18 to shop with you?
Yes. Cheeky Little Secret is an 18+ website and you must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with the other payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely and we never store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to help — once it’s dispatched, our standard Returns & Refunds process will apply.
Delivery & Packaging
Will my order arrive in discreet packaging?
Always. Every order is sent in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents, and nothing on the parcel or your bank statement reveals what you’ve bought.
How long will delivery take?
Standard UK delivery normally arrives within 2–4 working days of dispatch, and express delivery within 1–2 working days. See our Delivery Information page for full details.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email where available. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Your Order page.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
In most cases, yes, within 14 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, some intimate and sealed products cannot be returned once opened. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged – what do I do?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

How do I clean and look after my products?
Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions supplied with your product. As a general rule, clean products before and after each use with warm water and a mild, toy-safe cleaner, and store them somewhere clean and dry.
