We aim to get your order to you as quickly and discreetly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery.
Delivery Options & Costs
We offer the following delivery options for UK orders:
- Standard UK Delivery – £3.99, free on orders over £50
- Express UK Delivery (1–2 working days) – £6.99
Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Standard UK delivery normally arrives within 2–4 working days of dispatch. Express delivery normally arrives within 1–2 working days of dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Discreet Packaging
Every order is sent in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents, and the sender name on your parcel and bank statement will not reveal what you’ve purchased. For more detail, see section 10 of our Terms & Conditions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. You can also check the status of your order on our Track Your Order page or by logging into My Account.
International Delivery
We currently deliver within the UK only. If this changes, delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes for international orders will be displayed at checkout, and customers are responsible for ensuring products are lawful to import into their destination country — see section 13 of our Terms & Conditions.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge additional delivery costs to resend it.
